A good breakfast is not complete without a good croissant. We bake everyday fragant butter croissants, freshly filled with our creams and fruit jams. The most irresistible croissant? The one filled with gianduia cream from a small producer in Alba, obtained with a 33% of Hazelnuts IGP Piemonte.

These croissants are produced especially for us, following a Fabio Ciriaci’s recipe, a young pastry chef trained by Luca Montersino. The same as our custard is produced following strict indications from Fabio. In these products there are no artificial flavors, only butter, eggs, flour and vanilla beans from Madagascar! Only at Ca’puccino!

For someone who doesn’t love a breakfast with croissants, we offer fresh fruit and custard tartlets made fresh everyday, or a Muffin, plain or freshly filled with our delicious creams and jams.
